The Kingdom
Since the fall of the dragons, the kingdom has been ruled by griffins. Their fighting skills and ability to fly enabled their victory over the dragons and solidified their claim to power.
The Griffin Kingdom is considered the forge of the modern world and a melting pot of cultures. The kingdom stretches from the great port city of Telkar on the northern Azure Sea to the capital, Tri-Cities, in the Midlands, and from the Northwatch in East Cliff to the Citadel in Swampasud. Although nobility is reserved exclusively for the Griffin princely houses, all citizens have guaranteed rights, and unprecedented prosperity fosters the arts and sciences.

The provinces: Azure Coast The Azure Coast forms the western province. The mild climate allows for abundant wine cultivation, and the capital city, Telkar, boasts the largest commercial port in the known world.Listenelement 1

The breadbasket of the kingdom. The vast majority of its millions of citizens owe their daily bread to the hardworking farmers of the Midlands. The capital of the kingdom and the empire is the mighty Tri-Cities. Here also stands the impregnable fortress of Greifenfels, from which the powerful High King decides the fate of the people.

The Provinces: East CliffThe sparsely populated province. Barren highlands in the constant wind, where only a few crops dare to take root. The fortress city of Northwatch, the oldest bastion of the kingdom, still serves as the seat of government.

The provinces: SwampasudSwampasud, as the southern border province, possesses a formidable defensive system known as The Wall. But this southernmost province is not only the kingdom's first line of defense: it also provides the majority of its vital fuel, peat, the energy upon which the empire's continued prosperity is built. The capital of Swampasud is Badersweil.

The WallThe wall stretches from Sapphire Keep on the Azure Sea to Grey Watch. Its central bulwark is a mighty fortress known as the Citadel. This ingenious fortification was built to withstand the onslaught of entire armies.
